Lemon Salmon with Zucchini

? Two fillets of salmon
? 1 or 2 zucchinis
? Sliced lemon
? ½ tablespoon of olive oil
? A few sprinkles of salt, pepper and garlic powder
✔️ Warm up the oven at 350°F. You also can cook the salmon on the BBQ.
✔️ Coat the salmon with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Lay the lemon slices on the salmon.
✔️ Put the salmon in an oven-safe baking dish and cover or wrap in foil. Lay sliced zucchini around the salmon.
✔️ Cook for 12 minutes. If you like your salmon more cooked through, aim for 15 to 18 minutes in the oven.
