Berry Crisp Foil Pack

Ingredients
π3 c. mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
πJuice of 1/2 lemon
π1/4 c. brown sugar, divided
π2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
π1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
π1/3 c. chopped pecans
π1/4 c. butter, softened and cut into cubes
π1 tsp. ground cinnamon
π1/2 tsp. kosher salt
πVanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions
βοΈPreheat grill to high. Create four 8-x-8” foil pouches and grease with cooking spray. In a large bowl, toss berries, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon brown sugar until combined. Set aside.
βοΈIn another bowl, stir together oats, flour, pecans, butter, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until combined and mixture forms a crumble topping.
βοΈLayer half the berries on foil, then top with half the crumble mixture. Repeat.
βοΈFold foil pouches and seal.
βοΈGrill until berries are bubbling and oat mixture cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes.
βοΈLet cool slightly, then top with vanilla ice cream and serve.
