Earlton RV Limited is seeking a Service Administrator to support daily operations in our service department. This customer-facing role involves phone communication, work order handling, payment processing, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls professionally
- Create, update, and close service work orders
- Process customer payments
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate information between customers, technicians, and service staff
- Maintain accurate records across multiple systems
- Assist with general service department administration
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong attendance and reliability with a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
- Comfortable answering phones and dealing with customers
- Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems
- Good organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
Assets (Not Required)
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Previous service administration or customer service experience
- Experience with work order or point-of-sale systems
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Alternating weekend shifts
Full-time seasonal position
